I noticed I was a little sore yesterday and this morning but I wanted to get another workout in so I put the treadmill on full incline and walked another mile in 30 minutes. Hopefully this week of strength training will improve my running performance next week. I don't know how I feel about doing a week of strength than a week of running but we'll give a try and see how it goes. I guess I'm afraid that I'll 'lose' my ability to run for 30 minutes if I spend the week walking. I know...I'm nuts!
