I'm trying not to think of it as being a quitter. I'm really tired today. My shins are sore. I have a bad headache. I'm sure all of these things will feel better or go away (except the sore shins) if i do run but instead I'm going to take a nap. My goal for the week was 3 workouts and I've already done 2 so skipping today will not throw me off goal. Plus I still have Thursday, Friday and Saturday to work out. So, although I could and probably should workout today, I'm going to take a nap instead!
