I ran 30 minutes!!!

I know I'm not supposed to push and risk overdoing it but I was feeling pretty good today so I thought what the heck. And you know what? It wasn't that bad. I think I had the speed to fast before which is why it was so difficult for me. Now that I've toned it down a little I'm able to run for longer periods of time. I'm so proud of myself!


  1. YOU ROCK! Girl you are on track to run a 5K in May, not September! Most 5K training plans say you need to be able to run for 30 min straight and you are already there! Good for you!

  2. Great job! Now, please take today off and let your body recover before you run again tomorrow. You're doing great! That's more than I ran yesterday.
