Goal Number 3

I'm not sure if I am ready to increase my run time yet. My shins are still sore and I noticed the last two times I ran that my chest was a little tight. But, if I don't increase and push myself than I will never improve. So, despite by concerns my goal for this week:

Run 7 minutes, walk 3
Be on the treadmill for a total of 30 minutes
Do this 3 times during the week

  1. Don't push yourself too much. If you want to do another week of 6/4, that'd be fine. You're doing a great job! I don't want you to push yourself too hard too fast and overdo it.
