I'm finding that running 30 minutes isn't has difficult as I thought it was going to be. Rather than working on increasing my length of run I want to work on increasing my speed of run. I'm very proud of myself that I've made it this far. My first run was a month ago and I never thought I'd stick with it this long...especially since I'm keeping it a secret. I still don't love it and I don't know if that's because I'm doing it on a treadmill and I'm bored or if I just don't like running. I plan to keep at it though. I really want to reach my long term goal in the back of my mind of running a 5k!
