Today was my last day of working out in a gym with a 'real' treadmill. Meaning, one that has a screen and can tell me how fast I'm going, for how long and how far. I was very spoiled using a 'working' machine and am kind of sad that I have to go back to my 'broken' one. That said, I pushed it up a notch today and am pretty proud of myself. I increased the speed and was able to do 1.5 miles in 30 minutes. Now I just have to figure out a way to be able to monitor this at home. Any ideas besides a new treadmill?
