I am pooped!

I pushed today and ran 1.75 miles in 30 minutes! Woo hoo! Near the end I could feel my asthma kicking in which is good and bad. It's good that I'm pushing through it and bad b/c I hope it won't hold me back from getting better. I'm really proud of myself and hope I'll be able to continue to improve!

  1. Can you post a picture of the treadmill, spefically the display? I'm curious to see what it looks like since you can choose a certian speed only up or down. I think you are doing good! I wuold stay at this level until you can do it without the asthma kicking in, then push harder! Press on girl!
