Goal Number 11

I feel like the strength training weeks are a waste of time. I feel like if I'm not always running I'll lose the ability or something. BUT, they must be working because I have been improving in my speed. This week's goals:
Workout 3 times
Walk at full incline
Walk for a total of 30 minutes
Squats or some other sort of leg exercise
