Strength Training
I put the treadmill to it's fullest incline and started to run. Yeah, that lasted about 30 seconds. It as SO much harder on my legs that I couldn't run. Instead I decided to walk which was also pretty difficult. I managed to do it for 30 minutes and walked 1 mile so overall not too bad. How do I know I walked a mile? Because my console is fixed! Yay!

I'm glad you got your console fixed and can now see how far you're running. I bet that will make you feel better about things as you start running faster. Great job on the incline, too. Reminds me that I need to do some incline work.
